Postage, Packaging, Refunds & Returns


At Butterfly Skies we will package each and every purchase beautifully – whether it is a gift for a loved one, friend, or yourself! With ribbon, bows, tissue paper, organza bags and beautiful boxes (including boxes for mugs and plates for those having parties at a very small extra cost) – please be reassured your purchase will be packaged with care to ensure items reach you safely and in the best condition.


We have opted to make postage a visible, added cost, rather than hide it in an overall cost. This means those not requiring postage for their purchase, will not be required to pay for it.  But the GOOD NEWS – we will occasionally be offering ‘Postage Free’ special deals and offers – so if you live further afield, do look out for those!

Postage will be charged at a flat rate of £2.95 on most items.  Certain items may require courier services (usually larger, heavier purchases), the postage for these will generally be charged at a standard courier rate of £6.95.

Returns and Refunds

Apart from any damage caused prior to receipt of your purchase (i.e. in transit), we regret that due to the bespoke nature of some of our items – namely the personalised keepsake jewellery and raised impressions, returns and refunds will not be possible.  If at any point, however, following receipt of your item, there is a problem – we will do our utmost to rectify this.

However, for other purchases, we offer a 14 day return policy – whereby you can return an item and receive a refund, with the proviso it has been returned in it’s original state.  The shipping cost for any returns, in this instance, will be the responsibility of You, as the purchaser/buyer.  Once returned, a refund can then be arranged.
